got Breast Cancer? get free support from Pink-Link

Breast Cancer

If you have been touched by breast cancer, you might want to check out Pink-Link, an online breast cancer support network with over 4500 members from all 50 states and from 40 different countries worldwide.  Many thanks to @TalkAboutHealth for the connection…

Here’s the dealio (as my daughter always says)…

Imagine a site like match.com… but instead of finding your soul mate online, you find other people touched by breast cancer… With Pink-Link.org you can ask to be “matched” with patients, survivors or caregivers based on very specific criteria.   For instance, you can search for a breast cancer survivor who is estrogen-positive and lives within a 20 mile radius of zip code 90210.  Or you can search for someone who has taken a specific chemo regimen and connect with them.  And you can do this all online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, in the privacy of your home. And it’s FREE of charge!

To connect with others touched by breast cancer, register with Pink-Link, fill out a simple questionnaire and begin searching their database to find the right people with the right answers to your specific questions.

In addition, Pink-Link hosts 6 different forums – one members only forum to discuss whatever topics desired and five different “expert” forums lead by a nutritionist, a holistic practitioner, a personal trainer, a skin care expert, and a lymphedema expert.
